John Wall Potomac Mansion
Immediately after sealing the deal with the Washington Wizards for a five-year, $80 million contract, Wall poured his earnings into a sprawling mansion in Potomac, Md (October 2013). Wall told the Washington Post that the most important thing to him was to get a place to “comfortably accommodate his mom, siblings and other guests visiting Washington.” The $4.9 million mansion sits on two acres of land and is located just outside I-695 Baltimore Beltway. Eight bedrooms and 12 baths gives Wall plenty of space to entertain his over-night guests. Every room of the 17,350 sq. ft. home is expansive; the home is loaded with amenities fit for an A-list athlete. The full-sized indoor basketball court and elaborate fitness room are perfect for keeping the pro ball player in shape during basketball off-season. The home also has a billiard room, ping pong room, putting green, tennis court, and volleyball court – enough sports gear to host the next summer Olympic Games. To keep Wall and his guest comfortable, they can also enjoy a home theater, a hot tub with waterfall, a steam room, a pool, and an outdoor grill and cabana (Bleacher Report).
